Meet Charly

After gaining 20 years of experience in the industry I took a leap of faith to move to Coldwell Banker this year. I couldn't be more pleased with the company culture, marketing tools, and the ability to help my sellers get the maximum price for their homes. I take great pride in the vast Real Estate knowledge I have acquired over the years, working with traditional buyers and sellers, and being a partner in several renovations and infill new construction projects. In these projects I have been involved through the entire process; from land acquisition, plan design, finish selection, marketing, and selling the final product.

When I'm not selling Real Estate, I enjoy all the fine dining, arts, recreation, and sports the Twin Cities has to offer. I am a proud father of three kids who are growing up in Saint Louis Park. Over the years my kids have been involved in sports, arts, girl scouts...you name, and I have many connections if you are interested in some amazing programs for kids. I have been a coach, volunteer, neighborhood president, and cheerleader of MN since moving here from Chicago about 20 years ago. My oldest son is going off to play College baseball next year at Bemidji State, and I couldn't be happier for him. MN is truly a great place to live with so many amazing people and neighborhoods.
